Our consultants are used to drive projects in close collaboration with the project teams from your company and are very experimented in CRM or BI deployments. The involvement of these project teams depends of you, but we advise that there is at least several validations at each important step.

The implementation of a Customer Intelligence Strategy (in the case it includes deployment of one or several softwares), is usually done in 3 phases:

  • Consulting:
    • Audit to understand the existant and identify the limitations, the gap to fill...
    • Interviewing key stakeholders to understand the global needs.
    • Writing functional specifications, advising on the need of one or several tools (or not).
    • Choosing the best tool(s) to address the needs which has just been identified.
  • Integration:
    • Detailed specifications: to write how the functional expectations (from the key users) are going to be integrated with the chosen technologies (which tool(s), Saas/Cloud or not...).
    • Settings and developments: very close to the chosen tool (if any), this step is driven by IT people.
    • Testing and validation: technical testing, validation that it fits with detailed specifications.
  • Assistance:
    • Installation/Deployment (except for SaaS solutions): we can transfer our infrastructure skills to your teams.
    • Training: we can train the end-users (depending on the number of users and our available staff) but we usually advise that we train key-users on the tools, and you train end-users on the way you want them to use the tools (including your internal rules). This step usually includes a specific user's guide to be written.
    • Maintenance: support and assistance for project manager(s), management of functional and technical developments and evolutions.
