The implementation of a CRM strategy, including a software, is done in 2 main stages:

  • One time project: the initial implementation, composed of 3 steps of consulting, analysis and development
  • A deployment time: these are permanent services, interactions between users and project team

 

Each step below is important to be respected, the length of each step of course depends on the overall size of the project:

  • Consulting: stage to understand the needs, interviews with key stakeholders, writing of functional specifications
  • Asalysis: adequacy of the need to technical choice (software), writing of detailed specifications
  • Director: setup software, specific development, integration with your IT environment, recipe
  • Hosting: start the production, backup management, management of updates, technical administration
  • Training: deployment to users, advanced users training, administrator's training
  • Support: management problems and technical incidents, management of software bugs
  • TMA: management of functional and technical developments post-production
